We had our wedding at Immerse in February and it was honestly our dream day. The convenience of having accomodation on site for our guests was incredible. The staff were outstanding. Location was incredibly beautiful and people were raving about the food which was so important to us. The Wedding DJ, MC, Guitarist & Magician that they recommended through Melbourne Entertainment Company were amazing! Thank you immerse team for making our dream wedding come to life.

Epic hill for sunset, massive dance floor, weather protected ceremony, vineyard backdrop, onsite accommodation, super lovely staff. Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick.

As a Yarra Valley based wedding photographer, I’ve seen it all in the region. This venue stands out not only for its stunning landscapes but also for the exceptional hospitality provided by its dedicated team.

From the moment you set foot on the property, the welcoming atmosphere at Immerse is palpable. Couples consistently praise the attentive staff for their support and commitment throughout the planning process, ensuring that every detail is perfect for their special day.

One of the most striking features of Immerse is its beautiful chapel, nestled among the vines and providing complete weather protection for the ceremony. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the rear wall offer a magnificent view of the vineyard-laden hills, creating the quintessential Yarra Valley backdrop as you exchange your vows.

For your wedding photos, the picturesque hills behind the chapel serve as an ideal location. These quiet moments spent with your partner, gazing out over the breathtaking landscape and wedding below, will likely be your favourite part of the day.

Immerse’s onsite accommodation allows for a seamless wedding experience, with everything you need within walking distance. Couples can prepare for the ceremony in separate rooms, enjoy their location photos, and celebrate at the reception without ever having to leave the property. This convenient arrangement also saves time and money by eliminating the need for hiring fancy transportation and ensures that your photographer and videographer can fully focus on capturing your special moments instead of driving between locations.

The reception hall at Immerse strikes the perfect balance between spaciousness and intimacy, never feeling too full or too empty. The massive dance means there’s no excuses for everyone to get amongst it and crack on into the night. To top off your unforgettable wedding experience, make sure to opt for the roaming hot jam doughnuts– you won’t regret it.

In addition to the indoor ceremony option in their beautiful chapel, Immerse also offers outdoor ceremony choices, giving you the flexibility to personalise your special day according to your preferences.

Immerse Yarra Valley is an exceptional wedding venue that combines warm hospitality, seamless convenience, and a breathtaking setting. From the dedicated staff to the beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony options, and the spacious reception hall with its massive dance floor, Immerse has all the elements needed to create the wedding of your dreams’

We had our wedding at Immerse back in February and we could not have had a more positive experience. From the get go we were stunned by the beauty of the entire venue. We always wanted a rustic winery wedding and chose the chapel as the location for our ceremony which was absolutely beautiful! The surrounding grounds and vineyard are also the perfect backdrop for a wedding!

Their communication with us from day one was exceptional with extremely prompt replies to all of our questions with wedding planning, accomodation, set up etc.

The food was amazing with excellent selection for our wedding guests in the day and service from staff was great with all our guests left with full bellies! The wine list is also second to none, the sparkling Shiraz in particular 10/10!

Getting ready on the big day was so easy with everything being on site and ready to go as well as accomodation for our family and friends available!

Our wedding coordinator Kerrie was amazing and made us both feel relaxed and at ease the whole day and would liase with all of our suppliers so our dream day would run smoothly!

We could not recommend Immerse in the Yarra Valley enough for anyone wanting to get married!

Thank you all for helping us have the most amazing wedding!

We had our wedding at immerse in late Jan and they exceeded all our expectations!!!

We were initially hesitant to inspect Immerse as we were worried we wouldn’t get the same level of personalisation at a busy venue. However, this could not be further from the truth! Immerse really knows what they are doing! They were so prompt at replying to all emails and willing to help with all our requests. On the day both our day and night coordinators worked behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. They constantly checked in with both of us and our suppliers. I was able to enjoy the day without worrying how the ceremony and reception were being set up. They also moved our decorations from the chapel to the reception and made sure that the whole bridal party had our makeup kits/spare shoes/phones etc waiting for us on the bridal table. My husband and I also had a clean bridal suite, cake, dessert and a cold bottle of champagne waiting for us in the bridal suite at the end of the night. It was all these little touches that helped make the day so wonderful!

Let’s not forget how beautiful the grounds are! The venue speaks for itself and needs very little in the way of decorations to make it stunning. The huge bridal suite and on site accommodation are also big selling points! The newly upgraded bridal suite had plenty of light and surprising had room for three HMUAs working on 7 ladies!

Thanks immerse for making our big day so special!

Where do I start? Immerse was the most perfect venue for the best day our lives! From the moment we arrived at Immerse for our tour we knew we were somewhere special. The vibe at Immerse is friendly, cosy and the big thing that jumped out was experience! Every staff member we spoke to we could tell they were going to make our wedding day and all the preparations required easy. They were so easy to deal with during planning, so prompt to reply to any email with even the silliest questions. And full of suggestions and ideas. You can tell that they are experts and have so much experience with planning the perfect day.

Our wedding day was seamless. Laura, our coordinator, did a fantastic job managing everything behind the scenes so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day. The venue is spectacular and has such a nice feeling to it. We got married in the garden chapel and it was gorgeous.

The food was amazing and all our guests commented how tasty it was and how much of it there was. The wait staff were also so attentive on the night. And then at the end of the night my husband and I got to stay in the beautiful bridal suite, where there was a tray of dessert and wedding cake along with fresh champagne for us to enjoy. Our closest family and friends also stayed on site and it was great to have breakfast with everyone the following morning.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of the experience we had having our wedding at Immerse. It was the best day of our lives and our guests all loved it too. We will be returning to Immerse for years to come and would definitely recommend it as a wedding venue! Thank you all again for your hard work, you do an amazing job!

How can we say thank you enough for making our day everything we hoped and dreamed! From the moment we met with you, you just made everything so easy and fun (as we all know wedding planning can sometimes be stressful, you defiantly made it so simple). From your dedication to helping us get the most perfect Autumn weekend we could have imagine, to the planning along the way, to the exceptional food, incredible wines and the best dance floor we've ever seen at a wedding venue, we couldn't have asked for more! The one thing I read on previous reviews that made me hesitant was that there is a "team" of wedding planners, not just a single person such as in some places... do NOT let this worry you, the team are all over it, fantastically professional and everything we communicated, happened!

Immerse is such a stunning venue, I was so happy that we were able to have it as our wedding venue for both ceremony and the reception. The vineyard chapel is gorgeous and has the vineyard set on a rolling hill as the back drop. The reception was wonderful, absolutely delicious wine and food - how they cook steak like that for 80 people all at the same time I will never know. Stand outs are the arincini balls, the popcorn macaron and the pinot noir! Staff are so helpful and kept things running smoothly.

As soon as we walked into Immerse Winery we knew it was where we wanted to get married. The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous in the chapel and the vineyard was beautiful, our photos look amazing. Our guests loved wandering over to have canapés and drinks after the ceremony and the reception was perfect. All staff were incredible and the attention to detail was great. Everyone loved the food and raved about it the next morning at breakfast. The accommodation was beautiful and bridal suite was beyond what we expected. We loved our wedding and couldn't fault a thing and it's because of the staff and assistance we received from Immerse! Thank you Immerse!!!!

Immerse is an incredible venue! The venue it situated in the most stunning location, which provided the most amazing photo opportunities, and offers ceremony options to suit all weather conditions. We opted for the spacious and air conditioned chapel with floor to ceiling windows behind which offered so much natural light. The staff all worked together to ensure our experience was stress free from start to finish, nothing was too hard for them! The meals were generous portion sizes, and absolutely delicious. As was the wine. We can't wait to go back for our anniversaries, and can't thank the staff enough for ensuring our day was absolutely perfect.

Rebecca & Brett

The venue is stunning and has options to suit all of Melbourne's weather. The staff are very professional and keep in contact through out the planning process to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day. Nothing is to much trouble for this venue and they handled all of the set up for us on the day so that we could relax and enjoy! The food is wonderful ( all plates were almost licked clean!) and i would recommend the drinks upgrade package as we had so many compliments on how good all of the wine was. Thank you for making our wedding day so special.
