Terms and conditions of sale

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol from this website.

Immerse Yarra Valleysupports the responsible service of alcohol.

All prices include relevant Australian taxes – WET (Wine Equalisation Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Legals

Only persons of legal drinking age in their country of residence may access or view this website. By accessing or viewing this website you warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

Wine Club T&Cs

You must not order or purchase goods from us: If you are aged under 18; for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use) 

Membership is a commitment of 1 x case of wine on sign up and then 3, 6 or 12 monthly anniversaries with the choice of either a 6 pack or a case. You have the option to opt out after your second purchase. If you do not respond to order enquiries, or refuse to purchase your second 6 pack or case, a 6 pack of the least expected wines will be charged to your card, minus your discount.

Changes policy: 

Changes can be made to the wines in the subscription up to 2 days prior to the date of the subscription being dispatched.

Cancellation policy: 

After the minimum commitment of 2 purchases has been completed you can cancel your subscription by emailing us at cellardoor@immerse.com.au.

Suspend and Skip policy: 

You may suspend your subscription once per year at anytime for up to 90 days and perform a single skip of an anniversary.

Renewals policy: 

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the member at the end of the subscription period. Please see cancellation policy for information on cancelling subscriptions.

Deliveries policy: 

For subscription packs your first order will be dispatched with the next allocated pack run in the calendar year, then subsequent deliveries will be dispatched on the first week of the month that follow every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on subscription frequency.

Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of incorrect addresses given by members will incur a redelivery charge, these charges will be at the rate charged by the courier. 

Upon successful payment, we will ship ordered goods to your nominated street address within 5-10 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to. 

If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost. 

If a wine is not available, we will replace with a similar wine of equal or greater value. 

Membership benefits policy:

Membership benefits are for the sole use of the member and cannot be transferred, exchanged, gifted or sold for commercial gain.

Membership benefits are void for the duration of a membership pause and will recommence on recommencement of the subscription.

Discounts for the restaurant must be booked in advance and the member must give their name and membership details when making a booking. Restaurant discounts and free cellar door tastings are only valid when the member is in attendance at the restaurant booking or cellar door tasting. Member discounts for the restaurant and cellar door cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion at any venue or event on the estate or on the website.

Membership benefits commence from the date of the first subscription dispatch and conclude on the date of the last subscription dispatch.

Subscription Memberships will be cancelled after two failed payment attempts to retrieve payment and cancellation fee will be payable.

Payment Policy: 

Credit cards will be charged the day before the subscription is due to be dispatched. Members will receive a reminder to confirm their wine selection 2 weeks prior to dispatch and another 1 week prior reminder. By joining the Immerse Club, the member authorizes Immerse Winery to make charges to the nominated credit card. 

It is the members responsibility to ensure that the credit card details are kept up to date in the member portal. 

If payment is unable to be processed for any reason, membership benefits will be suspended until payment is up to date and no subscriptions will be dispatched without payment.

Member Data Collection and Privacy Policy:

Members data will not be shared with any third party, except for the purposes of providing delivery details to delivery partners.

Members are responsible for ensuring that there delivery, contact and payment details are kept up to date via the customer portal. Immerse Winery cannot except any responsibility for any losses or damages as a result of members failure to update the above forementioned details.
