Monthly Processing Schedule

 
Cut-off for Changes:You can make changes to your order until 4:00pm on thefirst Sunday of each month.

 Processing Day:Orders are processed (card will be charged) on thefollowing Monday.

 Shipping Day:All delivery orders are shipped out onFridayof that same week.

How we will communicate with you

Two weeks before your anniversary:We’ll send an email to update your wine selection, shipping address, and payment details.

One week before:A reminder email (just in case!).

Two days before:A final text reminder.

On your anniversary:Your credit card is charged, and your wine is shipped to you or packed ready for collection!
