Once payment is received your order will be dispatched within 7 days.

All Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post wine delivery. Delivery time-frames vary from state to state and times may be affected by postal delays. You will receive tracking information from Australia Post after it has been dispatched.

Christmas Delivery Cut off Dates:

If you would like your parcel to be delivered before christmas please place your order before the end of Sunday 15th December 2024

Returns

We do not accept returns based on change of mind. On the rare occasion that an item compromised or damaged, we may accept returns provided the customer contacts us within 30 days of the delivery with relevant order information. Please contact us to arrange a return shipping label and then the customer is required to take the goods to their local post office. The goods must be in acceptable order and adequately packed in their original packaging.

Refunds

Upon the receipt and validation of a customer’s returned goods in acceptable order, will issue a refund or replacement of the goods to the customer. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to complete the original purchase.
